Maral Sheshembekova
Maral has worked at the foundation since 2014. She heads the "Inclusion" project, which implements initiatives to expand the network of psychological and pedagogical correction centers, promote inclusive education, and develop projects related to children with special educational needs. She holds a master's degree in public administration. She has worked for more than 16 years in international organizations, including 12 years at the office of the United Nations Development Programme in Kazakhstan on social policy and the promotion of the rights of people with disabilities.
Ainash Kasenova
Ainash has worked at the Foundation since 2010. She handles fundraising matters and maintains relationships with the foundation's partners and beneficiaries. She graduated from Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University with a degree in law. She has many years of experience working in international organizations such as the OSCE and the Delegation of the European Commission to Kazakhstan.
Markhaba Tasbulatova
Markhaba has worked at the Foundation since 2018, providing professional financial support for its activities. She holds a higher specialized degree in Accounting and Auditing from M. Kozybaev North Kazakhstan State University. She has worked as an accountant since 2011.
Saule Beksultanova
Saule has worked at the Foundation since 2017. She is engaged in the "Inclusion: Building an Inclusive Society in Kazakhstan" project. She graduated from the Faculty of International Relations at L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University and also holds a bachelor's degree in finance. She has experience in organizing and conducting research on social and socio-political issues.
Assel Shaidikeshova
Assel has worked at the Foundation since 2019. She coordinates the "Mentors" program in Almaty. She holds a bachelor's degree in social sciences and humanities from the University of International Business. She is a graduate of the Enactus Kazakhstan program and a participant in the SIFE World Cup international competition for socio-economic projects in Kuala Lumpur (2011) and Washington (2012). She has extensive experience working with volunteers, as well as in developing and coordinating various social and business projects.
Beknazar Kaziyev
Beknazar has worked at the Foundation since August 2022, coordinating the "Mentors" program across Kazakhstan (individual mentorship, corporate mentorship, and courses). He holds a master's degree in education and has experience in the field of education and in public service. He is a co-author of the Republic of Kazakhstan's Law on Volunteer Activity. A volunteer with 15 years of experience and a donor, he was awarded the "Qayyrymdylyq ushin" (For Charity) medal and named "Volunteer of the Year 2024." Since 2018, he has himself served as a volunteer mentor.
Aigul Tabergenova
Aigul has worked at the Foundation since 2023, promoting the project to develop an early support system in Kazakhstan. She holds a master's degree in economics and a bachelor's degree in philology. She is an expert consultant in the field of social protection—from the rural to the international level—and her work has included studying international best practices. She has been awarded certificates of recognition for her contribution to the social sector. She is a member of the Coordination Council on Human Rights.
